Eating With Oats

I was excited to get stuck into my bowl of oats this morning.  The Moja Mix oats.

  • 1/3 cup oats with chia seeds, coconut, figs and dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • half banana
  • almond butter
  • tsp Agave

I kept it simple on top because I wanted to really taste the ingredients in the oats.  It was a delicious mix.  To be honest I could have made this myself but it was a fun experience being able to pick out any ingredients and getting it delivered to my door.  I would definitely recommend Moja Mix.  They have a great selection of cereals, fruits, nuts and seeds however to do this all the time would be quite expensive.
