Shaking Things Up!

Hey everyone,

I’m sorry I’ve not been putting up regular posts lately.  With all our visitors being in town my blog has taken a bit of a back seat and now  I’m finding it quite hard to get back into it.

So, I’ve decided to take this time to figure out what I want to do.  I enjoy talking about food but want to focus more on health as a whole and not just food because that is what being a health counselor is all about.  It’s about the bigger picture not just what you put into your mouth… although this does play a huge part.

I have a passion for wanting to help and counsel people and I’d like to take this further.  Rather than writing on my blog 3 times a day I will write maybe once, maybe twice or maybe not at all… depending on what my thoughts might be for that day but I don’t just want them to be about food.  I want to share some valuable tips and advice for you to incorporate into your everyday life, I want to start discussions and get your opinion on life rather than just talk about how much I love almond butter and oats… or spinach salads with raisin rolls! Om nom nom!

Because of this change I’m going to have to rethink the name of this blog…. it will no longer be ‘Eating With Sally’.  I have a few ideas but you will have to wait for them to be unveiled!

Thanks again to everyone for taking the time to read my blog.  I appreciate every single one of you!

Life is a journey and we need to try new things every now and then to keep it interesting!  I hope you will stick around and join me on my journey… wherever and whatever that may be!
