I recently discovered an amazing Greek yogurt called Oikos, it comes in 4 different flavors; vanilla, blueberry, honey and plain. My favorite so far is the Vanilla one.


Which I’ve been adding to some delicious fruit smoothies that I wanted to share with you. You will need the following ingredients and a blender.


  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of Oikos yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened soy milk
  • Half banana
  • 1/3 cup of water or juice
  • Handful of spinach

Whiz altogether in a blender and enjoy. So simple and so delicious!
